1940s Asian jacket with original drawstring handbag! This formal brocade jacket has a Mandarin collar with gorgeous tassels and a gorgeous novelty scene of Eastern landscapes. It has unfitted sleeves, with a pair of slant welt pockets to the waist and a 40s lean A-line silhouette. Drawstring purse has a gathered top with pairs of cords to cinch closed, and a sturdy round bottom. Both pieces are fully lined in satin faille.
